Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (“GRSM”) is the 20th largest firm in the United States comprising more than 1,200 lawyers and over 50 different practice and industry groups in more than 80 national offices located throughout the country.
Gordon & Rees has a long-standing tradition of service to the community. Throughout our history, the firm has actively participated in charitable, educational, and professional organizations. In all 50 states, members of the firm are encouraged to become involved with organizations that make the communities in which we live and work a better place.
Responding to the needs of our communities, Gordon & Rees attorneys and staff serve in leadership positions and volunteer with a wide array of organizations including those related to education, health, youth, seniors, social services, veterans and military families, homelessness and housing, employment, arts, faith, animals, the environment, advocacy, and numerous other causes.
We also serve our communities by representing pro bono clients. Through our pro bono work, the firm is committed to helping individuals and groups who have critical legal needs. We also partner with our corporate clients on pro bono efforts. All of our lawyers are encouraged to participate in pro bono work.

Company History
GRSM was founded in 1974 by Stu Gordon and Don Rees. In 2014, the firm’s name expanded to “Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani” in order to recognize and honor the significant roles played by partners Miles Scully and Roger Mansukhani in contributing to our meteoric growth over the past decade. With the opening of our Honolulu office in 2019, GRSM became the first law firm in the nation’s history to open offices in all 50 states.
